Day 08 — A photo that makes you angry/sad
All of the photos I've seen of the animals covered in oil and muck from the Gulf oil spill really either make me want to cry or seriously hurt someone. It breaks my heart that hundreds of animals have died because of those douches at BP.
Here are a couple of pictures from an article called Gulf Oil Spill: Animals in Peril in the Huffington Post -- They keep updating it with new photos.
A dead dolphin marked with spray paint s seen as clean-up workers pick up blobs of oil in absorbent snare on Queen Bess Island at the mouth of Barataria Bay near the Gulf of Mexico in Plaquemines Parish, La., Friday, June 4, 2010.
Oiled pelicans rescued Thursday from Grand Terre Island and other barrier islands near Grand Isle huddle in a pen Friday, June 4, 2010, in the rescue center next to Fort Jackson in Louisiana.
Something needs to be done about this oil spill.
