My mother just told me she found out about her father dying via the following statement left on our answering machine by one of her nine siblings "Hey Babe, dad died." This is all one of my aunts said and she hung up. My mom is currently annoyed with how stupid her siblings are.
Here is further evidence that the people on my mother's side of the family are idiots; 95% of our family found out about his death because my stupid cousins posted it on Facebook before my aunts and uncles could get in touch with one another. Really people?! I'm related to some stupid motherfuckers.
