Cookin' Librarian: Potato & Gorgonzola Pizza...

Misfit's Potato & Gorgonzola Pizza
• Pizza Dough • Mozzarella • Gorgonzola • Potato • Olive Oil •

  1. Cut potato into thin slices
  2. Cook potato slices in a pot of boiling water & set aside when done
  3. Cover a baking sheet with foil and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Stretch out the pizza dough and place on the baking sheet
  5. Add a generous amount of both cheeses
  6. Add the potato slices in an even layer on top of the cheese
  7. Top with more cheese
  8. Bake in a 425° oven until golden brown

FYI -If you don't like gorgonzola you can honestly use whatever cheese you want. I just really like gorgonzola. My sister is actually always begging me to make this without the gorgonzola because she hates it. She is always like "Use some gruyère next time... Blah blah blah..."
