DIRECTIONS
Depending
on what you have available, either place mint and sugar into a sturdy
glass or mortar & pestle and muddle the two together. If a mortar
& pestle was used add mixture to a glass. Fill with ice (Preferably
crushed, I don't have an ice maker in my refrigerator so I used ice
cubes). Juice the lime then pour the juice, rum and club soda (An ingredient my father actually doesn't use in his mojitos) into the
glass. Stir, test and add more sugar or lime juice if desired. Garnish
with mint sprig and enjoy!
