I just finally got around to watching the trailer for
Dumber and Dumber To (2014), which for those of you that don't know is the sequel to the 1994 comedy Dumb and Dumber starring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dunne, two dimwitted friends on a cross-county trip trying to return a briefcase full of money to it's owner while being followed by criminals who are after the money. And I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of intrigued by it. I enjoyed the original (Which I had actually watched again about a month or so ago on TV) and I kinda wanna know what has happen in the twenty years since the original film.
What do you guys think? Here is the trailer for those of you that haven't seen it...
So, how do you guys feel about sequels to movies coming out twenty years after the original? Are you like me and curious to see what the characters have been up to since the last time you saw them or do you think their ship sailed a long time ago and you're uninterested? Lemme know.
I think this looks hilarious and like it will live up to the original. Which is basically my criteria for delayed sequels.
ReplyDeleteThe old lady part had me cracking up.
