This woman was really clueless and while you read this you should just imagine stupid/confused facial expressions because this lady just didn't know what she was talking about. She came up to the desk asking for one of the local schools' summer reading list. We gave it to her and she walked away, looked at it and came back to us asking us where non-fiction was.
