At my house Christmas Eve is more important than Christmas Day, so today was my holiday. We cooked dinner (Paella, pernil, black beans, rice, baked clams, fried shrimp and scallops, muscles in wine sauce, etc.), drank, watched the normal Christmas movies, opened a few presents and just chilled. As always Erin and Nicole joined my family for all of the above. And as always we had a great time.
