Messy Picture Book Room... Again...

I just walked into the picture book room and it is such a mess. I don't understand how parents can let their children destroy a room and walk away like nothing happened. Do they let their children behave like this a home? I'm 99.9% sure that they don't but because this is a public building they think that they can do whatever they please.
