In the end I'd totally recommend them to anyone, and I have, I made Lenni, Erin & my sister try them. For about $7.50 each (Depends where your get them), they are an excellent buy and I say give them a try if you were wondering about them.

Revlon ColorBurst™ Lip Butters...
I have a confession to make, I am obsessed with Revlon ColorBurst™ Lip Butters. My obsession started after watched some guru's haul video on YouTube that mentioned them. The person was gushing about them so I thought, what the hell lets try them out. So I went to my local CVS to pick one up and they just so happen to be on sale buy one get one 50% off, so I had to buy two... I tried them, loved them and two turned into four, then six and then eight (It helped that they have been buy one get one 50% off and I've had $10.00 worth of ExtraBucks, so I got a few for free).
I really enjoy the way these feel on my lips (I was very disappointed with Maybelline Baby Lips, they feel like crap on and the coverage is also crappy) and the pigment of them, which is shear but there (If you wanted you could totally build up the product on your lips without it looking gross). I will tell you that on the lips you definitely get more color than you see from the swatches on the back of my hand.

Thanks for the review. I'm quite interested because I rarely wear lipstick and tend to stick with Bonne Bell lip smackers. I also purchased Maybelline Baby Lips but it was just "meh."
ReplyDeleteI honestly love them and I think they are great if you aren't a big lipstick person. I mean, I'm a crazy red lip kinda gal but I find these are great for those day where I don't feel like having super bright red lips and a little hint of color.
DeleteThe Baby Lips sucked. I was so excited for it when I purchased it. It was so disappointed when I put it on. It felt bad on my lips and I didn't like the color.
