Sushi Date...
Miss Erin came to visit me at work today (When isn't she visiting me at work...) because we had a sushi lunch date planned for this brisk afternoon. She got to the library a little before 1:00pm and waited around until someone actually arrive at work because I had been alone all morning because "Julia" called out sick.
The minute my Department Head arrived I ran away for my glorious glorious sushi date -- We haven't had sushi in a while so it was a super happy thing for both of us seeing that we can each devour crazy amounts of sushi. We each ordered and ate too much sushi in my hour lunch break and then we headed back to the library so she could download stuff to her evil evil eReader. While she was doing so she ended up teaching my Department Head about the game Angry Birds and had her playing it at her desk. It was kinda funny.
Eventually she left and now I am again alone at the Reference Desk because my Department Head ran away on her own dinner break. I cannot wait for 5:00pm.

Bridesmaids Dresses...
In addition to going there to see the dress, we also went to check out some shoe options. The bride has specified that she would like us to all be wearing silver high heels that are no larger than three inches. We scoped out the situation and tried on tons of shoes, all while texting the other bridesmaids and the bride, to find the perfect silver shoe to go with the dress. We found a shoe that we could all agree on, but we really need to wait until we have our dresses to see if it really matches well.
FYI - If you were for some reason wondering, the dress is a Mori Lee style number 838.

Birthday Sushi...
After leaving work I went home and noticed that Erin posted on Facebook that she wanted to go out for sushi. I gave her a call and she was excited that I was such a good Facebook stalker, so I headed over to her house to get her and we waited around a bit for Maria to arrive so that we could all have dinner together.
Once Maria arrived and parked, we headed over to our favorite sushi place to have birthday sushi. We ate, talked about various things and eventually decided that we wanted to drive 30 minutes away for a cookie. The place was closed, so we headed back to my house so they could see my cousin before she left to go back home. We hung out there for a bit before going over to our other friend's house for a birthday toast. We drank our wine, talked for a bit and then I dropped Erin and Maria off.
It was a fun evening and Erin was happy with how her birthday ended up. I was glad she enjoyed her birthday since last year she spent her birthday on her couch vomiting into a bucket because she drank too much the night before (Erin's 25th birthday post: "Happy Birthday Erin"). Yay for no vomit!
