The team who brought you Despicable Me and the biggest animated hits of 2013 and 2015, Despicable Me 2 and Minions, returns to continue the adventures of Gru, Lucy, their adorable daughters—Margo, Edith and Agnes—and the Minions.  Despicable Me 3, directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda, co-directed by Eric Guillon, and written by Cinco Paul & Ken Daurio, will be released in theaters on June 30, 2017. 

The animated film is produced by Illumination’s Chris Meledandri and Janet Healy, and executive produced by Chris Renaud. 

Joining Steve Carell and Kristen Wiig in Despicable Me 3 is Emmy, Tony and Grammy Award winner Trey Parker, co-creator of Comedy Central’s global phenomenon South Park and the Broadway smash The Book of Mormon.  Parker voices the role of villain Balthazar Bratt, a former child star who’s grown up to become obsessed with the character he played in the ‘80s, and proves to be Gru’s most formidable nemesis to date.

Little Distractions | Minions Take The Stage Clip...

I don't know about you guys, but sometimes I need a little life distraction (Especially with all the chaos I've been dealing with for the past couple of months). And today's little life distraction was in the form of a clip that was sent to me from Despicable Me 3 (2017), which is coming to theaters June 30th, that just made me smile.

I know it's super silly but it was cute and it made me smile. And boy did I needed to smile today. It took my mind off of all of the chaos to think about something fun like going to the movies with Toni and the kids, etc.

I don't know about all of you but I'm excited to see this when it comes out in June. Hopefully my sister will wanna see it with me because we saw Despicable Me 2 together back when it came out in 2013 and I remember just having a great time with her. We got a bunch of movie theater snacks (We are big fans of super buttery popcorn with a side of nacho cheese) and pigged out like we did when we were kids and our parents would take us to the movies. So fingers crossed she wants to do it again (I'm sure she will because she is a big kid at heart and loves loves loves cartoons) or I'm just gonna have to borrow Toni's kids and take them to see it.
