Satly Poetry | A Haiku...

Last week someone was really rude to Nicole on Facebook, so much so that she deleted the post that prompted the rude comment and rightfully complained about the incident for days. So jokingly while we were working together (After helping a patron whose second grader had a poetry project that we helped the parent with extensively) we started writing haikus about being salty. And we've been on a roll with it ever since.

Since we've written so many poems I thought I'd share my favorite, which if you follow me on Instagram you may or may not have seen. So here it is, remember it's just a stupid poem and I wrote it to make my friend feel better about something shitty someone said to her...
If you wanna see the other poems we wrote lemme know. If you don't and I offended you, sorry.

  2. That's hilarious! :)

I work with kids and one of the boys on the basketball court said to another kid (their friends and he was joking) after he stole the ball during a game, the kid was jokingly complaining and he said "you salty, bro? want some pepper with that salt?" It made me crack up laughing.

    1. Thank you! I'm glad you liked it.

I would have cracked up too! I love when people "throw salt" as Day says.
